Microlearning
Approach

Group Class

Under the guidance of an educational therapist, students will participate in active learning and develop mastery through fun and effective multi-sensory activities!

( 75 mins)

Home Practice

(30  mins)

After class, students will revise the taught concepts and complete a guided practice. This helps to  deepen the learning and increase retention.

Comprehensive MOE-Aligned Curriculum

Word Work

  • Get a better understanding of words as we explore phonics, spelling rules, word roots and affixes.

Grammar Work

  • Learn about essential grammar rules through memorable grammar stories and multi-sensory sentence work.

Core Work

  • Develop the skills for composition writing, comprehension and other exam components. Components are taught on a rotational basis in accordance to the general exam schedule of schools.

Comprehensive MOE-Aligned Curriculum

Number Sense

  • Gain proficiency in working with numbers through multi-sensory learning tools and fun math drills!

Core Work

  • Math skills are covered topically in accordance to MOE's curriculum.

  • Emphasis is placed on helping students grasp math concepts using the Concrete-Representational-Abstract (CRA) process.

Problem-Solving Skills

  • Explore math word problems from the same topic and learn the language and skills required for solving word problems.

Building Resilient & Social Learners​

Our Social Pals programme uses engaging activities (e.g. stories, games, role-play, sand play) to develop personal and interpersonal skills for emotional regulation, executive functioning and social relationships. It is informed by the CASEL Framework, Growth Mindset and Social Thinking. We integrate learning across multiple areas:
